No Refunds or Exchanges

All sales are final. Since each item is custom-printed, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges, including for size issues. Please refer to the size chart before ordering.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

We only replace items if they arrive defective, damaged, or incorrect. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us at contact@dailycommuterny.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
  2. Provide your order number and clear photos of the issue.
  3. Once approved, we will send a replacement at no additional cost.
